What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
Once reviewed, we’ll work with our professional print lab to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery, but in the rare event of damage, we’re here to help.
